Selective demolition and reinstatement while departments remained operational, with strict dust and noise controls.
PROJECT CONCEPT
We erected temporary walls, used HEPA filtration and scheduled noisy works outside clinic hours. Soft strip was followed by new partitions, ceilings and finishes coordinated with MEP.
