Truss fabrication and roof covering completed around academic timetables, handing the building back weather-tight and ready for interiors.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Access was coordinated to avoid lecture times. Trusses and purlins were installed with fall-arrest systems and edge protection; roof sheets were set out for straight eave lines and neat overlaps.

Flashings, gutters and downpipes were added with careful attention to penetrations and interfaces. A maintenance guide set out cleaning intervals, fastener checks and repaint cycles for facilities staff.
